Courtyard by Marriott Irvine Spectrum

The hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable beds and the staff was beyond exceptional. Customer service lately has been lacking everywhere, it was very refreshing to stay somewhere where everyone genuinely seemed to love their job. From the check-in desk, to the cafe, even the maids were friendly. Highly impressive and have been telling everyone about our wonderful experience here.

Love the location of the property and loved that there was a restaurant that we can order from to do pick up. loved the lobby as it is updated and modern. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

I came down to Los Angeles to have my son participate with Offense-Deffence bowl from 26-29 December. I left the hotel I booked on 25December through O-D bowl at La Quinta because I didn’t feel safe there. I then ended booking online at the Courtyard by Marriot and notified O-D bowl of my situation. They told me there would contact Courtyard Marriot so they can give us their discounted price because that was one of their sponsored hotels. When O-D bowl contacted the courtyard by Marriot they told them No they can’t accept that since we booked online. I don’t understand why they didn’t honor adding my husband and son to the booking with O-D bowl discounted offer. O-D bowl brought in a lot of clients to your hotel which makes it an “honorary guest” I don’t understand why the Marriot was being difficult. I was very disappointed when O-D got back to me to let me know of the news.

It was very clean, large walk-in shower, movie night with popcorn & blankets provided for the kids. Bar & food was great. Definitely would recommend.

Location was fantastic. Staff was very helpful and friendly, they accomodated our special request for an early check in, and made our stay most comfortable.
